General Care

• Dust regularly using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

• For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild dish soap.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrub brushes, or harsh sponges that may scratch the surface.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft towel to prevent water spots.

• Change water regularly to avoid residue buildup.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., hot water followed by cold air) which may cause cracks.

• Handle with care to prevent chips, particularly around the rim and base.

• Discontinue use if you notice any chips, cracks, or other structural damage.

For Matte Glaze Finishes

• To treat localized stains, use warm water and a soft-bristled brush (such as a toothbrush) for gentle spot cleaning.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
