How long does shipping take?

We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) only

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Neighbouring Countries (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Denmark): 2–4 business days
  • Central Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Czechia, Slovakia etc): 3–5 business days
  • Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal etc): 3–5 business days
  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Norway etc): 4–6 business days
  • Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, and other Eastern regions): 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, and local courier conditions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over €300.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

You can initiate a return by clicking the “View your order” button in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us directly at returns@lobjeterie.com.

After receiving your request, we will issue a return label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we provide a complimentary return label and full refund.

 

Received damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Are there items I cannot return?

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale items can be returned unless clearly marked “Final Sale” (e.g., sample sale).
When will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
