You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Go to lobjeterie.com/account (or click “View your order” in your order confirmation email), sign in with your order email using the one-time code, open your order and click Request return.
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
A flat return shipping fee of €9 (from the Netherlands) or €15 (from all other countries) is deducted from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Yes. Items purchased with a gift card follow our normal return policy. If your return is approved, the portion paid with a gift card is refunded back onto that gift card, and any portion paid another way is refunded to that original payment method. Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale items can be returned unless clearly marked “Final Sale” (e.g., sample sale).
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
