Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.
How to request a return
- Go to lobjeterie.com/account, or click the “View your order” button in your order confirmation email.
- Sign in with the email address you used for your order. You will receive a one-time code, so no password is needed.
- Open your order, click Request return, and select the items and the reason for your return.
- Once we have approved your request, we will email you a prepaid return label and drop-off instructions.

Return shipping
A flat return shipping fee is deducted from your refund: €9 for returns from the Netherlands and €15 for returns from all other countries. This fee doesn’t apply if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. In such cases, we provide a free return label and a full refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash or credit.
Items purchased using a gift card follow the same return policy as any other order. If a return is approved, any portion of the purchase paid with a gift card is refunded back onto that gift card as store credit, rather than paid out separately. Any remaining portion paid by another method is refunded to that original payment method as usual.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Discounted items (sale items) may be returned under the same 14-day right, unless clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase (e.g., sample sale).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
