All 3D-printed products by Studio.LUNA — including lamp covers and vases — are created through additive manufacturing, a process in which objects are built layer by layer.

As a result, minor surface variations such as light stringing or slight unevenness at the base may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the process and are not considered quality defects.

To prolong the lifespan of this piece, we recommend the following care for cleaning:

• Use clean water with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush.

• Mild dish soap may be used if needed.

• Avoid exposure to strong acids, alkalis, alcohol, or organic solvents.

3D-Printed Vase – Use & Care:

Usage Guidelines:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent material fatigue.

• Avoid hot water or high heat, as this may cause deformation.

• Do not overfill with water; excessive or long-term water retention may lead to seepage due to micro-porosity.

Recommended Applications:

• Displaying dried floral arrangements

• Holding small quantities of water for short-term use

• All parcels are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL or DHL, depending on the destination country.

• Free shipping is available on orders over €300.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Exchange

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

• To request a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at info@lobjeterie.com with your order number.

• We will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

• Returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging and in the same condition as received, except for reasonable handling necessary to inspect the product.

EU Customers

• Returns are handled via PostNL and its local postal partners.

• You can drop your parcel at your local post office, and it will be routed back to us through PostNL’s network.

Non-EU Customers

• Returns are handled via DHL.

• You will receive a DHL return label and pre-filled customs documentation. The paperwork will state “Returned Goods” with your original order number to ensure the parcel clears customs without additional import duties or VAT.

• Please use the provided label and documentation to avoid delays or extra charges.
