General Care for 3D-Printed Objects

All 3D-printed products by Studio.LUNA—including lamp covers and vases—are produced using additive manufacturing.

As a result, minor surface variations such as light stringing or slight unevenness at the base may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the process and do not constitute quality defects.

For cleaning, use clean water with a soft cloth or soft-bristled brush. Avoid exposure to strong acids, alkalis, alcohol, or organic solvents.

3D-Printed Vase – Use & Care:

Intended Use: Suitable for both dried and fresh flowers

Usage Guidelines:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent material fatigue.

• Do not overfill with water; excessive or long-term water retention may lead to seepage due to micro-porosity.

Recommended Applications:

• Displaying dried floral arrangements

• Holding small quantities of water for short-term use

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
