• Sudden changes in temperature can cause thermal shock—handle with care and avoid extreme heat or cold.

• This item is not intended for use with hot drinks and should not be placed in a microwave, oven, or freezer.

• Refrain from using abrasive cloths, scrubbers, or harsh cleaning agents.

• If you notice any cracks, chips, or other damage, discontinue use immediately, as compromised glassware can break without warning and pose a risk.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
