Ran’s works are crafted using locally sourced ceramic clay from Jingdezhen, China — a city renowned for its porcelain heritage. In addition to working with trusted materials, he also develops his own custom glazes in-house. 

To prolong the lifespan of this piece, we recommend the following care:

• This piece is dishwasher safe, but handwashing is highly recommended due to its finish.

• Use a soft sponge or cloth with mild dish soap.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft towel after washing.

• If using a dishwasher, select a low-temperature cycle.

• Avoid overcrowding in the dishwasher.

• Ensure pieces are not in contact with sharp utensils to prevent scratches or chips.

• Do not use in the microwave, oven, or freezer.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbers, or harsh sponges.

• Discontinue use if you notice any cracks, chips, or damage, as compromised ceramics may break unexpectedly and pose a safety risk.

• All parcels are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL or DHL, depending on the destination country.

• Free shipping is available on orders over €300.

Exchange

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return

• We will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

• Returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging and in the same condition as received, except for reasonable handling necessary to inspect the product.

EU Customers

• Returns are handled via PostNL and its local postal partners.

• You can drop your parcel at your local post office, and it will be routed back to us through PostNL’s network.

Non-EU Customers

• Returns are handled via DHL.

• You will receive a DHL return label and pre-filled customs documentation. The paperwork will state “Returned Goods” with your original order number to ensure the parcel clears customs without additional import duties or VAT.

• Please use the provided label and documentation to avoid delays or extra charges.
