• Change water regularly to prevent residue buildup.

• Do not expose to sudden temperature changes (e.g., from hot water to cold air) as it may cause cracks.

• Handle with care to avoid chips, especially around the rim and base.

• If you notice any chips, cracks, or other defects, stop using the piece immediately to prevent injury.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
