This item is dishwasher safe. However,to maintain its clarity and prolong its lifespan, we recommend handwashing with a soft cloth or sponge and mild dish soap. Frequent dishwasher use may cause the glass to become cloudy or dull over time.

To preserve the overall quality and integrity of the piece:

• Avoid soaking or rinsing in hot water.

• Handle with care and avoid extreme temperature changes, as thermal shock may cause the glass to crack.

• Not suitable for hot liquids, microwave, oven, or freezer use.

• Do not use abrasive sponges, scrubbers, or harsh cleaning agents.

• Discontinue use if cracks, chips, or other signs of damage appear, as compromised glassware may break unexpectedly and pose a safety risk.

Shipping Methods

Deliveries to the Netherlands are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm CET on Saturdays. Kindly note that we do not operate on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.
