Care Instructions

Care Instructions

The stones are made from natural materials, resulting in unique variations in colour and pattern for each piece. Minor surface inclusions are normal. Slight dimensional differences may occur due to hand craftsmanship.

To prolong the lifespan of this piece, we recommend the following care:

  • Handwashing with a soft cloth or sponge and mild dish soap.

  • Avoid placing it in hot water or cleaning it in a dishwasher.

  • Sudden changes in temperature can cause thermal shock—handle with care and avoid extreme heat or cold.

  • This item is not intended for use with hot drinks and should not be placed in a microwave, oven, or freezer.

  • Refrain from using abrasive cloths, scrubbers, or harsh cleaning agents.

  • If you notice any cracks, chips, or other damage, discontinue use immediately, as compromised glassware can break without warning and pose a risk.
