Ran’s works are crafted using  locally sourced  ceramic clay from Jing De Zhen, China — a city renowned for its porcelain heritage. In addition to working with trusted materials, he also develops his own custom glazes in-house. 

To prolong the lifespan of this piece, we recommend the following care:

• Unplug the lamp before cleaning to ensure safety.

• Dust the surface using a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

• For stains or buildup, wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild dish soap.

• Avoid soaking or getting water near electrical parts.

• To preserve the integrity of the glazed surface, avoid abrasive agents, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, which may mar the finish.

• Dry thoroughly with a soft towel to prevent water spots.

• All parcels are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL or DHL, depending on the destination country.

• Free shipping is available on orders over €300.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Exchange

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer law.

• To request a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page or email us at info@lobjeterie.com with your order number.

• We will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

• Returned products must be carefully packed in the original packaging and in the same condition as received, except for reasonable handling necessary to inspect the product.

EU Customers

• Returns are handled via PostNL and its local postal partners.

• You can drop your parcel at your local post office, and it will be routed back to us through PostNL’s network.

Non-EU Customers

• Returns are handled via DHL.

• You will receive a DHL return label and pre-filled customs documentation. The paperwork will state “Returned Goods” with your original order number to ensure the parcel clears customs without additional import duties or VAT.

• Please use the provided label and documentation to avoid delays or extra charges.
